An Interesting old Poem, What do you think?


Written by Max Ehrmann in the 1920s --

I really like the ideas in this writing. I especially like the line "it is still a beautiful world." It makes me wonder what must have been happening tothe author around the time he wrote this.

    The Desiderata reminds me another times, and that´s because when I was a tennager in my country a radio station used that poem to start an afternoon show. I used to listening the show with my friends laughing and talking about our dreams.

    I have heard this poem have been hanged on the wall of the Pope John Paul II office. This poem give a wondering to me. What is my true dream and eager desire nowadays?
